One of my favorite holiday traditions is baking Christmas cookies. Growing up, we would always spend a day in the kitchen baking dozens of holiday goodies then delivering cookie trays to friends and neighbors.
I was feeling a bit bummed this year because I won’t get to enjoy all of our family’s traditional holiday cookies. I’ve been dairy-free since the middle of August, and I feel really good so I’m committed to staying dairy-free throughout the holidays.
Rather than feeling disappointed about not baking and eating holiday cookies, I decided to get in the kitchen and make some holiday goodies that I can enjoy!
So I thought I would share some of the recipes I’ll be making and few extra healthy holiday cookie recipes! All of these recipes are dairy-free and most of them are made without refined sugar.
