Craving ice cream? Make this quick dairy-free ice cream made with just four ingredients.
I had a very specific craving for chocolate ice cream recently, so I whipped up this super quick dairy-free ice cream (also known as banana “nice” cream).
It only took about five minutes to make, I only used four ingredients, and it turned out really delicious.
I used my favorite chocolate plant protein powder, which is made with high-quality proteins including pea, chia, pumpkin, hemp and quinoa. I love this brand because the products are made with minimal ingredients, and the protein powders are rich and super delicious. You can find out more here.

Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 scoop chocolate plant protein powder
1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the food processor. Blend until mixture resembles soft serve ice cream.
