This may be a surprise, but I don’t particularly like going to the gym. As a fitness instructor, I enjoy going to fitness classes. But working out in the gym is just so so boring.
Fitness classes don’t always fit into my schedule, so I love getting in workouts at home. It’s just a more convenient way to workout. Lately, I’ve been using Grokker. It’s a website that features thousands of yoga, fitness, meditation and cooking videos.
The great thing about Grokker is it features tons of videos that are about 20 minutes long. You can do quick, but challenging workouts when you only have a short amount of time to workout. This has been perfect for me because my schedule can be kind of crazy. Between working full-time, teaching fitness classes, working with health coaching clients and blogging, I don’t have tons of time to workout.
So doing at home workouts when it’s convenient for me is the best.
I especially love the yoga and barre classes.
