Chia pudding is one of my fave sweet treats! It’s super easy to whip together, it’s delicious and it’s full of nutrients.
Chia seeds are full of fiber, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. What’s better than satisfying your sweet tooth and nourishing your body?
I usually just throw together some almond milk, chia seeds and a natural sweetener, but I decided to make a chocolate version to satisfy my chocolate cravings.
It was delicious!
I also added some avocado to give this pudding some healthy fats. But don’t worry, you can’t taste the avocado at all. Avocado is seriously magical – the flavor of avocado completely disappears when you add it to smoothies or to chia pudding, but you still get all the nutritional benefits!
I like topping my chocolate chia pudding with berries or banana slices. If you’re super fancy, you could add dark chocolate shavings.
My recipe suggests blending the ingredients, but you don’t have to if you don’t mind the texture of chia seeds. Blending the pudding gives it more of a uniform texture.
