Cranberry Pear Bellinis

One of my favorite things about the holidays is enjoying festive cocktails!

Yes, you can totally enjoy cocktails without sabotaging your diet during the holiday season.

I love using really simple ingredients that add some nutrition to my cocktails. I also avoid sugary mixers and keep the rich and creamy cocktails to a minimum.

This cranberry pear cocktail is perfect for holiday brunch or cocktail parties.

I love the tartness of cranberries with the sweet pear juice and bubbly champagne. It’s perfection!

Cranberries and pears are both are high in vitamin C, so you get a bit of a nutrition boost in your cocktail! This cocktail is also sweet without adding refined sugar.

I bought 100% cranberry juice and 100% pear juice in the health section of my grocery store.

Cranberry Pear Bellini

Ingredients

  • Champagne
  • 100 % cranberry juice
  • 100 % pear juice
  • cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill champagne flutes 3/4 full with champagne. Add a splash of cranberry juice and a splash of pear juice. Garnish with frozen cranberries.
  2. Enjoy!
