One-on-One Coaching
6-Month Program
Here’s what’s included in my 6-month program:
- One initial deep dive session. Together we’ll discover your specific goals and pinpoint the challenges that have been holding you back from feeling the way you want to feel.
- One high level implementation session. We’ll lay out your specific plan and begin breaking through your blocks.
- Ten 60-minute coaching sessions (two per month). You’ll learn how to listen to your intuition, discover how to nourish your body, mind and spirit, and get personalized tips and suggestions from me.
- Email support in between sessions.

Closet Makeover
- We often hold onto clothing hoping that one day our bodies will be the right size for the clothing. But having a closet full of clothes that fit and that you love is incredibly empowering and uplifting. During this 90 minute session, we'll begin transforming your closet into a place that makes you feel happy and supporting in your body every day. It can be challenging to let go of things on your own. I'll provide encouragement and support as you release clothing that doesn't make you feel your best. We'll also begin making an inventory of staples you can add to your wardrobe over time. I'll provide you with a list of cost effective, body positive retailers. (offered in Kearney, NE)
1:1 Health Coaching Session
- Not ready to commit to a 3- or 6-month coaching program? Or maybe you've already begun your journey to ditch dieting and trust your body more? This single 90-minute session allows you to get one-on-one support in areas customized to you. You'll share what you need support with in a survey before we meet in-person or virtually. Topics could include breaking down your beliefs about diet culture, shifting your focus from weight to health, connecting more to your intuition and letting go of dieting tactics, implementing self-care routines, exercising more intuitively and accepting your body as it is now. In addition to support from me, you'll receive my favorite anti-diet, body positive resources.
