Over a month ago, I started drinking a smoothie for breakfast every morning…and I felt amazing! I felt energized, totally satisfied, I had fewer cravings, and my skin started glowing.
I was inspired to start drinking a smoothie for breakfast each day by Rebekah Borucki. I had gotten out of the habit of drinking smoothies over the winter, so when she hosted her Blissed Smoothie Challenge I was excited to get back into drinking smoothies more often.
After just a week of drinking a smoothie every day, I felt great! I even got the fiancé in on it by making an extra large smoothie every morning that we could share. He doesn’t usually eat breakfast, so it was the perfect way for him to get some energizing nourishment to start his day.
