Use this nourishing lavender cedarwood hair mask to stimulate hair growth and improve the health of your hair.

I’ve been all about my homemade natural beauty treatments lately. DIY masks, eye serum, night cream, and my healthy hair mask.
I’ve been using this mask once every couple of weeks for a few months, and I feel like my hair is getting stronger and looks healthier.
I started to experience hair loss and hair breakage awhile ago (perhaps from wearing my favorite top knot so often or from stress or both). So I started doing some research on ways to improve the health of my hair and I had my blood work done to see if I was deficient in anything.
Luckily, my blood work didn’t show any deficiencies. So I’ve been using this hair mask, increasing my omega-3 fatty acids, drinking chlorophyll water every day, drinking NingXia Red with Sulfurzyme every day, taking a MultiGreens supplement daily and cutting back on my top knot wearing.
This hair mask is great for stimulating hair growth, nourishing your scalp to get rid of dandruff, and balancing your scalp pH to undo damage from hair products.
