I’m so excited about this challenge! I’ve been eating vegetarian most days for the past year or so (maybe longer), and I feel pretty awesome! I have tons energy, I sleep well, my skin is glowing and so much more!
How does going meat-free make me feel so great? On days that I go meat-free, I eat more veggies, whole grains and nutritious plant-based sources of protein.
I’ve never gone full veg before, and I’m interested to see how I’ll feel. I was also inspired to go meat-free after watching the documentary Cowspiracy and from my yoga teacher training. I’ll share more about the yoga perspective on being vegetarian later!
