Ingredients
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until combined. Refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, almond butter or other desired toppings.
