Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Freekeh
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil
- 1 -2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Freekeh will definitely be added to my rotation of grains!
