- Then throw the smoothie packs in the freezer. When you want a smoothie, just add almond milk, cashew milk, soy milk or your favorite milk, a banana (if it's not already in your smoothie pack) and some vegan protein powder (if it's a post-workout smoothie). So easy! This is also a much more affordable option than the smoothie packs you can buy at the grocery store.
