Ingredients
- 2 cups kale, chopped and massaged with olive oil
- 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts, shaved
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 1 ounce crumbled cheddar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar and pure maple syrup. Combine kale and Brussels sprouts, and toss with salad dressing. Add apples, walnuts and cheddar.
