Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Hy-Vee Powdered Peanut Butter in Chocolate
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 5 dates
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place oats, powdered peanut butter, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut, dates and vanilla in a food processor. Pulse until oats are broken down. Place mixture in a bowl, and add honey. Stir until combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
- Form cookies and place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
