Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 dates
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender, and blend until combined. Enjoy!
