Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder {the best vegan protein powder}
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Instructions

  1. Desired toppings: pure maple syrup, honey, fresh berries, banana slices, nuts, almond butter, etc.
  2. Combine all ingredients except toppings. Spray a pan with coconut oil spray and place over medium low heat. Pour pancake batter on pan to form pancakes. Cook on each side until golden brown.
  3. Top with desired toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
