Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring almond milk to a simmer. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Cook until oatmeal comes together.
  2. Top with desired toppings - coconut butter, flax seeds, almond butter, pecans, dried cranberries, walnuts, etc.
  3. Enjoy!
