Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Bring almond milk to a simmer. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Cook until oatmeal comes together.
- Top with desired toppings - coconut butter, flax seeds, almond butter, pecans, dried cranberries, walnuts, etc.
