Salted Date Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 -5 dates, chopped
  • almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, plant protein, chia seeds, salt, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in dates. Drizzle with almond butter. Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
  3. Enjoy!
