Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 -5 dates, chopped
- almond butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, plant protein, chia seeds, salt, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
- Stir in dates. Drizzle with almond butter. Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
