- 10 pitted dates
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Place dates in a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times until the dates are finely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients, and pulse until everything is combined.
- Pour pudding into a glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
