Vegan Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein {get it here --> bit.ly/sara-protein}

Instructions

  1. Add bananas, almond milk, 1 tbsp. peanut butter and plant protein powder in a blender. Blend, stopping occasionally to scrape mixture from sides of blender. You can add more almond milk if the mixture is too thick.Continue blending until mixture resembles soft serve ice cream.
  2. Pour into a bowl. Drizzle with remaining peanut butter.
  3. Enjoy!
