Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Poured watermelon and coconut water mixture into small glass jars (about a cup of juice in each).
- Then added chia seeds to the jar.
- Let it sit overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and puff up a bit.
