It’s been so long since I created a new energy ball recipe! I had a craving for chocolate, so I created this delicious chocolatey recipe with a hint of coconut and sea salt. So good!
These energy balls are full of fiber, omega-3’s, plant protein, healthy fats and vitamins and minerals.
They’re a perfect pre- or post-workout snack or even a healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. I ate a couple of these in the afternoons for a sweet treat and energy boost.
I used dairy-free chocolate chips since I’m avoiding dairy right now, but you can use regular mini chocolate chips if you’d like. I also used my favorite chocolate plant protein powder.
