Summer is definitely my favorite season. Relaxing under the twinkling lights hung on my pergola in my backyard, camping adventures, floating in the pool or lake, and lounging in my hammock with a glass of rosé.
But summer hasn’t always been so magical to me. It used to bring up a lot of insecurities about my body, which would hold me back from truly enjoying the season. I would hide my body in jeans (wearing shorts or a swimsuit? no way!), I would avoid the pool at all costs, and I spent most of my time criticizing my body and feeling totally unworthy.
I’ve created a consistent practice of embracing my body just as it is, which has allowed me to truly enjoy the summer and feel all the good vibes. I know you may be struggling with feeling good in your body this summer, which is why I created the Good Vibes Summer Challenge!
