Over the past month, I’ve been thinking about what I wanted to create for you this summer. To be honest, my mind was totally blank.
Offering a summer weight loss program just didn’t feel authentic or helpful. I started thinking about how summer made me feel in the past – uncomfortable in my body, self-conscious and not good enough.
I constantly compared myself to other women, hid underneath jeans (in 90° weather) and avoided so many fun summer adventures because I hated my body.
All the “bikini body” and “beach body” marketing this time of year never helped.
Then I thought, ‘what if all women could learn to embrace and love their bodies during the summer?’ It would be a revolution!
No more holding yourself back from having fun at the pool or beach during the summer!
No more hiding in unseasonable clothing!
No more pressure to look a certain way during the summer!
No more feeling bad about your body!
