One of my favorite sweet snacks is chia pudding. It’s delicious, filling and full of nutrition.
Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber and calcium. I put chia seeds in my morning oats, in overnight oats, in smoothies, in pancakes, in yogurt and on salads. You can also add them to muffins, breads or cookies when you are baking.
This chia pudding is incredibly delicious. I sweetened it with dates and honey, and added some oats for a little extra staying power.
This is the perfect snack for an afternoon sweet tooth/energy boost!
