This delicious pumpkin spice ice cream is free of dairy and full of nutritious ingredients.
These warm fall days inspired me to make an autumn-inspired ice cream.
This recipe is so simple to make. You just throw everything in a blender or food processor, and it’s done!
Pumpkin spice ice cream is perfect for this time of year when all the trees are changing and it definitely feels like fall, but the afternoons are still warming up. But, let’s be real, ice cream can be eaten any time of year regardless of the weather.
This ice cream is the perfect healthy sweet treat. It’s made without added sugar or artificial ingredients.
This ice cream is dairy-free and made with just a few ingredients. I also added a scoop of my favorite plant protein powder to add a boost of vanilla flavor and a boost of protein.
Vegan Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup pumpkin pureé
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla plant protein
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend, occasionally stopping to scrape the sides of the blender or food processor. Continue blending until mixture resembles soft serve ice cream, adding more almond milk if needed. Taste for preferred sweetness, and add more pure maple syrup if desired.
