How were your workouts this week?
I got in three of the four of my half-marathon training runs (and two of them were good runs!). And I added in a bit of strength training!
As I mentioned in yesterday’s Friday Faves post, I started doing the Tone It Up Bikini Series workouts this week. I’ve been loving these workouts because I can do them at home and they are pretty quick. I also feel like they’re effective – I felt a bit sore the day after I did The Mermaid Workout and the Beach Ball Workout.
I feel like this week was a vast improvement from the past few weeks. The only thing I would like to work on is getting up before work to get my workouts in! I hit snooze every single morning! I also didn’t do yoga this week! I slept in and missed Wednesday’s 5:30 a.m. class at my gym and didn’t do any at-home practice.
So next week, get up early and do yoga!

Monday, April 13 – 4 mile run + taught Piloxing
Wednesday, April 15 – taught Piloxing
Thursday, April 16 – 5 mile run + Beach Arms (Tone It Up Beach Babe 3 DVD)
Friday, April 17 – rest
