When I’m not feeling well, I turn to my favorite natural products to ease my symptoms and boost my immunity.

I’m finally over the virus that I had for about two weeks! It started with fever, chills, and body aches, and then transitioned to chest congestion, a cough, and a scratchy throat.
I prefer to avoid medications if I can when I’m not feeling well. I took a pain reliever when I had a fever and body aches, which helped reduce my symptoms temporarily. But I avoided taking cough syrup or other medications.
When you have chest congestion and a cough, you want to cough to clear phlegm from your lungs. Cough suppressants can actually keep you sick longer by preventing you from coughing. I prefer to use natural cough drops and drink lots of water to soothe my throat.
I have a few go-to natural products that I use when I’m not feeling well that help ease my symptoms.
When I’m feeling under the weather, I also change my wellness routine to help my body build it’s immunity back up.
